Dragon*Con is the largest multi-media, popular culture convention focusing on science fiction and fantasy, gaming, comics, literature, art, music, and film in the US.
There have been some changes of interest in the guest lineup for this year's Dragon*Con. Unfortunately due to work committments Adam Baldwin has had to withdraw, but in his place representing Firefly you'll find Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion. Recently added among the Stargate guests are Torri Higginson and Rainbow Sun Francks.
There are many other guests included in the line up including some Star Trek favorites like Michael Dorn, Avery Brooks, George Takei, Dominic Keating and more! Also guests from Smallville, Farscape & Battlestar Galactica among others.

 We're overhauling the system because what we have in place isn't going to work out long term. Please be patient with us while we undergo this transition. We've started by installing a new message board software and migrated the existing posts etc. hopefully your existing login will still worth there, if it doesn't ,please let me know. Try the password retrieval feature first in case you've just remembered your password wrong. You can also just sign up for a new account if that's what you prefer. I haven't tested it for bugginess yet so hopefully it'll work ok Thanks

Dragon*Con is fast approaching, coming up August 29th over Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. This looks to be one of the best conventions with three Big Damn Heroes joining us - Adam Baldwin, Jewel Staite, and Morena Baccarin, plus great actors from Battlestar Galactica, Stargate, Star Trek, Star Wars, etc. If you've never been to Dragon*Con they have so many actors, artists, authors, musicians, lots of great panels, and a fun atmosphere with events that last long into the night. Make sure to check out the DragonCon homepage and the Whedonverse track page for additional updates. Do yourself a favor and try to come into town at least the day before to experience concerts and pre-party fun. Plus, you’ll have a chance to see a little of the Atlanta and take in some interesting Civil War history at Kennesaw, a fantastic aquarium, the Coke museum, and more. That’s what I try to do every year.
